Unclogging a Garbage Disposal
1- Locate the operating manual of your garbage disposal, if you can.
2- Use the hex wrench with the disposal.
3- Use the circuit breaker to shut off the garbage disposal.
4- Keep over the garbage disposal a flashlight.
5- Cut, if necessary, the drain cover or rubber catch.
6- Stick in the disposal a hex or wooden spoon handle.
7- When you believe the disposal is unblocked, turn on the gas.
8- Turn on the water.
